As part of this role, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing Compensation Strategy - Managing Performance Management processes - Establishing Policy Framework and Governance for compensation and benefits - Conducting Manpower Planning, Analytics & Reporting - Engaging in Stakeholder Management activities To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Hold an MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutes - Demonstrate a successful track record as a C&B specialist in a fast-paced, dynamic Fintech/BFS company - Have a comprehensive understanding of C&B principles, procedures, and other HR domains - Proficiency in employment analysis and evaluation systems - Strong knowledge of RBI standards, regulatory frameworks, and ESOP structure - Familiarity with different benefits plans, vendor assessments, and industry best practices - Excellent Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Suite components - Proficient in using HR software, compensation tools, and compensation modelling - Possess strong analytical abilities, numerical aptitude, and meticulousness If you are excited about this opportunity, kindly connect with Anchal at Anchal@thepremierconsultants.com.,
