As the Lead Compensation and Benefits, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Compensation Strategy, managing Performance Management processes, establishing Policy Framework and Governance, overseeing Manpower Planning, Analytics & Reporting, and effectively managing Stakeholder relationships. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record as a C&B specialist in a fast-paced, dynamic Fintech/BFS company. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of Compensation and Benefits principles and procedures, along with familiarity in other HR domains. Proficiency in employment analysis and evaluation systems is essential.
