As the Lead Compensation and Benefits, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Compensation Strategy, managing Performance Management processes, establishing Policy Framework and Governance, overseeing Manpower Planning, Analytics & Reporting, and effectively managing Stakeholder relationships. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record as a C&B specialist in a fast-paced, dynamic Fintech/BFS company. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of Compensation and Benefits principles and procedures, along with familiarity in other HR domains. Proficiency in employment analysis and evaluation systems is essential. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of RBI standards, regulatory frameworks, and an understanding of ESOP structure and executive compensation. Your role will also involve knowledge of different benefits plans, vendor assessments, industry best practices, and excellent Excel skills, along with a strong understanding of other MS Suite components. Proficiency in using HR software, compensation tools, and compensation modeling is required. Strong analytical abilities, numerical aptitude, and meticulousness are key attributes for success in this role.
