People & Clients Collaborate with others by conveying ideas, issues and information in a fluent and logical manner and providing constructive peer feedback Mentor junior members of the team in areas of client management, business development and delivery of projects. Develop competencies in rewards areas to support broad scope of projects. Support others on projects/bids to formulate unique approaches to solve their business problems. Build positive relationships with clients/ prospects through work interactions.
