Job Description We're seeking a full-time, phenomenal Compliance Analyst to ensure Phenom's adherence to regulatory and industry information security and privacy standards. This role involves conducting audits, managing compliance initiatives, assessing risk, and collaborating with teams across the organization to enforce compliance policies and standards. The Security Compliance Analyst will be pivotal in maintaining certifications and ensuring Phenom remains compliant with frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2. What Youll Do Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to comply with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701, SOC2, and others). Manage compliance initiatives, ensuring timely updates and certifications for applicable frameworks. Coordinate internal and external audits, including collecting evidence, managing documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries. Perform internal compliance assessments to identify gaps and recommend remediation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify processes, systems, and technology vulnerabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor compliance with security policies and standards, ensuring adherence across departments. Work closely with the sales, legal, and technical teams to respond to customer security questionnaires, RFPs, and due diligence requests. To streamline responses, maintain a library of frequently requested documentation, such as certifications, policies, and security process descriptions. Ensure responses align with the organization's security posture, compliance frameworks, and contractual obligations. Create and present reports on compliance status, audit results, and risk management metrics to leadership. Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements and best practices. Promote a culture of compliance and security awareness across the organization. Assess the compliance posture of vendors and third-party partners, ensuring contractual obligations align with security and privacy standards. Manage vendor risk assessments and ensure ongoing monitoring of third-party relationships. Draft, review, and update security and privacy policies in alignment with regulatory requirements. Stay updated on regulatory and industry standards changes, recommending adjustments to policies and procedures as needed.

You will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Sourcing and Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all Indirect Materials and Services. Your role will involve driving the adoption of best practices in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. It is essential to maintain 100% compliance with the Quality Management Systems of SAI, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines. You will be required to establish and maintain systems for periodic reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement. Another key aspect of your role will be to prepare and distribute detailed Monthly Management Information System (MIS) Reports on purchases and procurement activities to key stakeholders. Building and nurturing healthy supplier relationships while ensuring the timely resolution of vendor issues and disputes will be crucial. As a leader, you will lead the development and capability-building of team members, creating and implementing individual success plans for key activities. Regular reviews with internal stakeholders to identify, understand, and resolve procurement-related issues are also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring the timely conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) in alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is vital. Your role will involve providing strong team leadership, performance management, and fostering a high-performance work culture. Identifying opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and supplier consolidation will be a key focus area. You will also be driving digital transformation initiatives in procurement, such as e-procurement and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrades. Conducting vendor assessments and audits to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards, as well as collaborating with Finance and Legal teams for contract finalization and risk mitigation, will be part of your duties. Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring timely closure of audit findings are essential tasks. Your contribution to strategic sourcing initiatives and long-term procurement planning will be significant. Partnering with the Engineering team to efficiently source and procure technically complex materials and services will also be a key aspect of your role.,

You should have 11 to 15 years of experience in roles related to Warehouse, Vendor Management, and Vendor assessments. As a candidate, you must possess a BE degree in any stream, or be a graduate with an MBA in Material Management. Your responsibilities will include managing indirect procurement for various categories such as Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Instrument, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Safety, Admin, HR, Housekeeping, Civil & Quality Lab Consumables, change parts of machinery, and procurement of alternative fuel (FO, LDO & HSD). Additionally, you will be in charge of procuring capex items, MRO items, raw materials, lab chemicals, packaging items, and handling the entire P2P process for the site. You should have the ability to focus on cost-effective sourcing, including Imports, and possess sound knowledge of business processes and projects related to the purchase of chemicals and engineering items. Your role will also involve vendor development, inventory management, handling store activities, and technical buying. Furthermore, you will need to be well-versed in all types of service contracts, SOPs, and IMS, while also monitoring and managing a team effectively. Your interactions will be both internal and external, involving Procurement (Decision on Pricing, Purchase Decision), Logistics, Stores (Inventory control, Dispatches, billing management), Vendors, Transporters, and service contractors. Overall, the ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations, coupled with expertise in various areas such as logistics, procurement, and audits.,

Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily tenders and bidding opportunities on the GeM portal. Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and tender specifications to assess feasibility. Prepare and compile all necessary documentation required for tender participation. Submit bids on the GeM portal, ensuring compliance with all procedural requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, technical) to gather necessary inputs for bids. Track submitted bids, respond to clarifications, and follow up on award outcomes. Maintain and update bid documentation, records, and tender tracking reports. Ensure timely renewals and registrations of company profile and certifications on GeM. Manage vendor assessments, product listings, and catalog uploads on the GeM portal. Build and maintain relationships with government buyers and procurement officers.

Your day at NTT DATA The Skilled Vendor Administrator has solid administrative experience required to support to the Supplier and Vendor Management team. This role determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may also act as an informal team leader to less experienced members of the team. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities: Responds to supplier/vendor queries. Enters supplier/vendor records onto the relevant platform according to standard operating procedures (SOP). Analyzes and resolves issues with the vendor related processes and data. Maintains functional documentation by validating and updating related User Guides, SOPs, and procedural check lists. Supports supplier/vendor relations team members with any administrative ad hoc project requirements. Assists with supplier/vendor negotiations and improve contract and onboarding processes. Maintains accurate and detailed records for sourcing activities, vendor assessments, and vendor monitoring/management plans Performs any other related task as required. Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Skilled at managing administrative tasks. Team player with the ability to work independently. Solid understanding of preferred vendors. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferrable. Required Experience: Solid demonstrated administrative experience preferably gained within an Internal Technology organization.
