Role Overview: You will be joining as a Private Bank, SA - AVP at New Delhi, India. As part of the Wealth Management team, you will be catering to HNI and UHNI clients, offering a comprehensive range of banking services, investment products, and lending solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to manage and enhance existing client relationships by understanding their requirements and building rapport. - Manage day-to-day client requirements such as account opening, account changes, remittances, bank transfers, KYC, and investment-related activities. - Regularly communicate with clients regarding their investments, lending, and banking needs, providing strong backup support to the RM. - Assist RMs in preparing materials/documents for new client acquisition, including collating reports, data, and marketing material. - Ensure timely completion of internal reporting. - Supervise the Service Assistant desk, overseeing paperwork, liaising with branches and AMCs, and managing day-to-day operations. - Resolve client queries and engage with Compliance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to find solutions to clients' needs and transactions. Qualifications Required: - Must have a good understanding of banking and investment products, with knowledge of lending products being advantageous. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or priority/private banking.
