Designation : AVP – Derivatives Operations

Responsible for supporting India Listed Derivatives Trading Operations

Responsibilities

• Operations activities for supporting Derivatives Trading member activities
• Sending confirmations to client/clearing member to clear trades
• Follow up with Clearing member for trade give-up
• Reconciliations (Bank, Stock, Trade etc)
• Coordination with various auditors – internal, regulatory and statutory – and providing them with necessary data and explanation.
• Handling regulatory inspections.
• Project Management.
• Client Coverage: Domestic and well as International Institutional Clients and Corporate Clients
• Empanelment.
• Cash flow management.
• Review of daily notices & circulars issued by exchanges & regulators and implementation of the same, where required.
• Addressing various client and business queries.
• Various Regulatory Reporting.
• RMS/ Management of Limits on the trading system.
• User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancements, regulatory changes.
• MIS to front office and management.

Minimum skills required :

• 5+ years of experience in trade support for Derivatives operations.
• India Listed Derivatives trade life cycle knowledge
• Support trading requirement covering multiple types of trading strategies like Directional, Arbitrage, Roll Over.
