AVP - Business Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Manager - Business Transformation to lead business transformation initiatives across various functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business transformation, six sigma, and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation initiatives across various functions to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop and implement six sigma and lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement change management strategies.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for transformation, and develop and implement plans to achieve transformation goals.
• Develop and manage budgets for business transformation initiatives and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful implementation of business transformation initiatives. Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in business transformation, six sigma, and lean methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives and achieving significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Strong knowledge of business transformation principles, six sigma methodologies, and lean principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
