Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AVP - Business Development located in Chennai. The AVP - Business Development will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, engaging in contract negotiations, driving sales, and managing key accounts. The individual will work closely with various teams to achieve business growth and ensure client satisfaction.

• Candidate who has experience in hotel industry and who has strong network with leading 5 Star Hotels or Premium Properties can bring business to us thru providing HK and Manpower services, can apply to this position
• Should the complete knowledge about housekeeping services in hotel industry.
• Good at handling clients and negotiating with them.
• Cross Functional Team handling
• Ready to travel anywhere in India (if required)
