Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Avaya L1 Engineer, located in Noida. The Avaya L1 Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for Avaya systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing fixes, and performing routine maintenance. The individual in this role will work closely with clients to ensure their Avaya systems are operating smoothly, conduct regular system updates, and assist in the installation and configuration of new systems. Additionally, the Avaya L1 Engineer will document issues and resolutions, maintain service logs, and escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers as needed. Need to visit onsite during the Gateway and server issues related to Avaya.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in Avaya systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Experience in system updates, maintenance, and configuration
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with clients to resolve issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to document issues and maintain detailed service logs
• Experience with system installation and configuration
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Certifications in Avaya systems are a plus
