Job Description

Your Role

Responsible for facilitating the creation and distribution of periodic reports for external and internal customers
Prepares and reviews workpapers for state audits as requested by the state regulators.
Responsible for the facilitation of reconciliation of items that are out of standard of expected results
Manage customer reporting setup and changes including Online access
Effectively work with administrative and operational personnel

Your Profile

4 to 6 years experience in Availability Management
Two-year college degree or material work experience in related field.
Knowledge and demonstrated use of Microsoft Office products: Excel; Word; PowerPoint; with a particular emphasis on Excel.
Experience with reporting and query tools; such as SQL; Cognos; Crystal Reports; or Tableau; a plus.
Continuous improvement and detail-oriented mindset.
