Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AV Technician to install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for meetings, events, conferences, and presentations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate AV equipment, including microphones, projectors, speakers, video monitors, recording equipment, soundboards, lighting, and conferencing systems. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for hardware, cabling, and software issues. Support live and hybrid events, ensuring high-quality sound and video performance. Coordinate with event organizers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to understand AV requirements. Maintain and update inventory of AV equipment. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on AV systems and equipment. Provide on-site and remote technical support during events or meetings. Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Document AV system configurations and service logs.
