About the Role :-

We are looking for a skilled AV Technician to join our growing team. This role involves the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and support of Audio-Visual (AV) systems for diverse projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with AV infrastructure, possess strong technical knowledge, and be able to deliver high-quality solutions to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Install, configure, and commission complete AV systems at client sites.
• Perform AV cable dressing, rack building, and mounting of displays, projectors, speakers, and related equipment.
• Interpret and work from construction drawings, AV schematics, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure smooth functionality.
• Provide post-sales technical support, maintenance, and service for installed systems.
• Work with and integrate video switching, DSPs, VoIP, control systems, video conferencing platforms, and display technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
• Maintain proper installation, service, and maintenance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company installation practices.

Requirements :-

• 3–6 years of proven experience in AV system installation and support.
• Strong working knowledge of video switching, VoIP, DSPs, control systems, and video conferencing platforms.
• Good understanding of IT networking concepts as they apply to AV infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :-

• Experience with Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Poly, Cisco WebEx, Zoom Rooms or similar AV technologies.
• Certification in AV/IT networking or related technical training.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, or large-scale AV installations.
