AV Project Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project resources (internal teams, vendors, contractors) to optimize task completion and ensure timely progress.
• Monitor project advancement, measure performance indicators, and provide stakeholders with updates and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Travel to project sites to supervise activities and provide on-site assistance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance practices, change control protocols, and project governance processes.
• Facilitate ongoing process development through project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.
• Foster collaboration and communication among project team members through meetings and discussions.
• Supervise implementation and upkeep of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Audio Visual and Collaboration initiatives, from planning to closure.
• Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, work structures, and schedules, identifying critical milestones and resource needs.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies to oversee project risks.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of project status and activities using project management tools.
• Raise awareness promptly to management regarding potential financial impacts on assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience typically 5 years in project management, particularly in Audio Visual.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of Audio Visual technologies and solutions (e.g., video conferencing systems, digital signage, collaboration platforms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to engage and manage stakeholders at various levels.
