Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for automotive components/products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier markets.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
  • Generate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Manage sales budget and expenses effectively.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market demands.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of automotive components and systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
