Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for automotive components/products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive OEM and Tier 1 supplier markets. Manage and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers. Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Generate sales forecasts and reports. Manage sales budget and expenses effectively. Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market demands. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical understanding of automotive components and systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
