Job Summary: This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, as well as designing and implementing effective learning and development programs to support employee growth and retention Responsible for driving initiatives that support employee development, engagement, and performance. This role bridges the gap between recruitment and long-term talent development, ensuring the organization has the right people in the right roles and a pipeline of future requirements. Deliverables: Strategic Context Evolving Workforce Expectations. Digital Transformation Talent Competition Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Business Alignment Talent Acquisition: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Talent Management: Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops to support employee development. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Collaborate with department heads to create customized learning plans for employees. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development. General HR Support: Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as needed. Training Design: Experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment and training metrics and make data-driven decisions. Networking: Strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Cultural Awareness: Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles to ensure a fair and unbiased recruitment and training process. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address recruitment and training challenges and improve processes. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing recruitment and training needs and market conditions Education: BE / B.Tech / BA, MBA HR/ MSW / PGDCHRM or equivalent.
