Location: Pune, India Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and technical expertise to drive process improvements, support strategic initiatives, and bridge the gap between business and technology. Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions. Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in devising solutions to complex business challenges. Identify, analyze, and resolve operational and technical issues efficiently. Process Analysis & Testing: Test and map various business processes and protocols to identify areas for optimization. Document and maintain process flows, user stories, and business requirements. Data Analysis & Technology Integration: Utilize industry technology systems to gather data and drive data-backed decision-making. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions into business workflows. Communication & Leadership: Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams. Present findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT services organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies for business analysis. Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Preferred: Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
