Job Title: Storage Performance Test Engineer Experience: 7-10 Years Location: Pune, India Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team in Pune and contribute to the verification of AI-based Storage systems. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up test environments and executing performance tests on storage devices. Automation test scripts are already available your focus will be on executing these tests and analyzing performance against four key standards. Key Responsibilities: Execute performance testing for SSDs, ensuring compliance with four defined industry standards. Analyze and validate SSD performance for SAS, SATA, or NVMe interfaces. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and escalate performance issues. Provide detailed test reports and performance metrics. Required Skills & Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in performance testing for storage devices. Hands-on experience with SSD technologies, especially with SAS, SATA, and/or NVMe interfaces. Experience working with test frameworks and automation setups for performance benchmarking. Strong understanding of storage architecture, I/O patterns, and performance tuning. Familiarity with test environments for enterprise or data center storage products. Preferred Qualifications: Prior exposure to AI-based or intelligent storage systems is a plus. Knowledge of QLC NAND technology and its performance characteristics. Location: Pune
