Job Description

O3Hire is hiring for Field Service Engineers with one of leading MNC in automobile industry. Position: Service Engineer - Bus Location: Delhi, Ahmedabad, Bangalore CTC: Decent hike on current package Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with fleet customers addressing pain points and gathering feedback. Monitor fleet health, fuel efficiency, and vehicle uptime, ensuring timely daily checkups. Ensure compliance with Vehicle Body Building guidelines, conducting regular inspections. Drive completion of service campaigns and product improvements on time. Set up site support for large customers, ensuring hassle-free service. Foster customer retention, addressing issues to encourage repeat business. Engage with lost customers to resolve issues and win them back. Support customers in commercial dealings with dealers. Qualifications:- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. 2 - 3 years exp in field service, Aftersales, Technical support from Commercial Vehicles, Heavy Engineering, Construction equipment, Tyres, Tractors or Farm equipment & Electric vehicles. Strong product knowledge, Communication & analytical skills. Working knowledge of SAP, Excel & PowerPoint. Must be open to travel if required.
