Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the performance of our Lift Technicians, ensuring efficient service and maintenance of elevators. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to and resolve breakdown calls. Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of elevators. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Troubleshoot and repair lift paneling and other elevator components. Supervise and support Lift Technicians in their daily tasks. Qualifications: ITI Diploma in a relevant field. 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred, specifically in lift paneling work. Proficiency in Hindi or Gujarati preferred. Schedule: Full-time position with a yearly bonus. Ability to Commute/Relocate: Candidates should reliably commute to Surat or be planning to relocate before starting work (preferred).
