Job Purpose:

To deliver classroom-based technical training on automobile systems (2-wheeler, 4-wheeler, and trucks), focusing on fuel efficiency techniques, BS6 emission norms, and introduction to Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies. The trainer will help trainees enhance their theoretical knowledge and prepare them for industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver

  theory-based classroom training

  sessions on:
• Basic and advanced concepts of 2W, 4W, and Truck technology

• Fuel-efficient driving and servicing techniques

• BS6 emission norms

  , components, and system operations

• EV fundamentals

  , battery technology, and safety protocols
• Use effective teaching methods: presentations, videos, case studies, and visual aids.
• Update and customize training materials as per current industry standards.
• Conduct written/oral assessments and provide feedback to learners.
• Maintain attendance records, learning progress reports, and batch documents.
• Coordinate with the internal team for scheduling, reporting, and trainee engagement.
• Ensure alignment with program curriculum (NSQF/NOS or industry-based).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or Vehicle Maintenance.

• Experience:

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in the automobile service sector.
• In-depth knowledge of

  fuel systems

• Prior classroom training or teaching experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge in automotive systems (especially BS6 & EV).
• Effective communication and classroom facilitation skills.

• Proficiency in using basic computer tools (PPTs, PDFs, Email, etc.)
• Passion for teaching and mentoring adult learners
