Job Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Executive – Automobile is responsible for promoting vehicle sales, building strong customer relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business growth. The role involves generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting brand visibility through effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
  • Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, events, digital platforms, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain strong post-sale relationships.
  • Handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
  • Conduct test drives and explain product features, finance options, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
  • Maintain customer database (CRM) and ensure timely updates and follow-ups.

3. Marketing & Promotion

  • Participate in local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for social media promotions, product launches, and lead generation activities.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor pricing, and promotional strategies.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams to facilitate vehicle delivery.
  • Track daily sales activities, leads, and conversions; submit periodic sales reports.
  • Provide input to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA / Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or Automobile Engineering.
  • Experience:
  • Executive Level: 1–4 years in automobile sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
  • Manager Level: 5–10 years of experience in dealership or OEM sales.
  • Industry Preference: Automobile (two-wheeler, four-wheeler, or commercial vehicles).

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for automobiles and understanding of vehicle features and technology.
  • Customer service orientation and result-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
