As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced professionals to lead our sales operations across multiple locations.

Position Overview:

The role involves leading and managing sales operations to achieve business targets and ensure profitability. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in automobile sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall automobile sales operations at the branch level.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to ensure consistent performance.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic business reports for management review.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and service departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and team development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 20 years of experience in automobile sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management systems.
  • Experience in leading automobile brands (Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, Honda, etc.) will be an added advantage.
