Job Description

An experienced Quality Engineering professional who can combine deep technical expertise with strong business and communication skills. This role will lead solution design for large-scale QA/QE programs, craft compelling proposals, and present value propositions to prospective and existing customers.

Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client requirements and RFP/RFI scope.
Design comprehensive QE strategies covering automation, performance, security, and continuous testing.
Draft high-quality proposals, SOWs, and responses that clearly articulate technical solutions, delivery approach, effort estimates, and pricing models.
Showcase differentiators, success stories, and ROI to strengthen win probability.
Create and deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and workshops.
Act as a trusted advisor during client discussions, addressing technical questions and objections.Strong understanding of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, performance/security testing, and cloud-based QA solutions.
Proven track record of writing winning proposals and delivering client presentations.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to estimate effort and cost accurately and draft commercial models.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices.
Support transition from proposal to delivery by briefing delivery teams on agreed solutions.
