Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Selenium WebDriver (Java) and Page Object Model (POM) to work on large-scale applications like CashKaro, EarnKaro, and BankKaro. This is a fully hands-on, individual-contributor role requiring strong automation, manual testing understanding, and collaboration with product and engineering teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java)

• Automate critical flows across CashKaro.com, EarnKaro.com, and other internal products

• Identify, document, and track software defects to closure

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans for new features and enhancements

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and identify test scenarios

• Execute manual test cases to understand functionality before automation

• Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings clearly to the Product & Tech teams

• Ensure adherence to QA processes and standards across the software development lifecycle

• Contribute to improving QA checklists, stability checks, and testing documentation

🔹 Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java

• Hands-on experience using Page Object Model (POM) for automation framework design

• Strong Java coding skills with solid understanding of OOP concepts

• Experience with TestNG

• Proficiency with Git (version control, branching, merging)

• Ability to perform thorough manual testing before automation

• Strong understanding of user flows and journeys to ensure meaningful coverage

• Continuous learner with interest in new tools, frameworks, and QA best practices
