Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training

    on

    Automation systems

    (

    SCADA, PLC, DCS

    ) and

    Pharma Validation

    (

    CSV, IQ/OQ/PQ, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5

    )

  • Build modules

    covering

    regulatory compliance

    ,

    audit readiness

    , and

    data integrity

  • Guide candidates

    on preparing

    Validation Deliverables:

    URS, Risk Assessment, Validation Plan, Protocols, Reports

  • Mentor

    on

    real-world pharma validation projects

    &

    case studies

  • Prepare scenario-based interview questions

    on

    pharma automation + validation failures & troubleshooting

  • Conduct mock interviews

    (

    technical + regulatory

    ) with

    structured feedback

  • Train

    on

    career certifications:

    ISPE, GAMP, Lean Six Sigma, CSV

  • Help rewrite resumes

    and

    project stories

    for

    pharma automation/validation roles


Requirements:

  • Hands-on expertise

    in

    Pharma Automation

    (

    Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs, SCADA, MES

    )

  • Strong knowledge

    of

    Validation

    (

    CSV, Equipment Qualification, Process Validation

    )

  • Familiarity

    with

    FDA, EMA, MHRA guidelines

    &

    regulatory inspections

  • Prior training/mentoring experience preferred

  • Excellent documentation

    &

    communication skills
