Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automation Manager - SCADA Design & Commissioning, located in Chennai. The Automation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and commissioning of SCADA systems, managing automation projects from inception to completion, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading a team of engineers, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing expert guidance on PLC and DCS systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and commissioning SCADA systems and PLC/DCS systems
• Strong project management skills, including team leadership and client coordination
• Technical expertise in control systems, automation, and industrial electronics
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or a related field
• Previous experience in the industrial automation industry is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
