As a Practice Manager/Delivery Consultant, you will work very closely with IBM customersand partners across GEOs to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with customer’sgoals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, a team that is client focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical, you will collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.If you are passionate about success with both your career and solving clients' business challenges, this role is for you.
  • 12 – 15 years of experience in IT services organisation and with at least 3 years in managing /supporting project delivery.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise implementations and support programs.
  • Strong understanding of IBM Integration Portfolio suite of products - IBM MQ, IBM APIC, ACE (App Connect Enterprise), IBM CP4I (Cloud Pak for Integration), etc and flair understanding of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and Application Runtimes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise  Practice Leadership & Strategy: 
  • Drive innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across delivery methodologies for IBM Application Integration Portfolio suite of products.

  •   Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product teams to align delivery capabilities with business growth.
     Delivery Management 
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of implementation, customization as per agreed contract.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics for delivery performance.

  •  Team & Talent Management 
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical consultants and implementation specialists.
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and career development initiatives.

  •  Client Engagement & Escalation Management 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across GEOs/Markets.
  • Ensure proactive communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

  •  Financial & Operational Oversight 
  • Manage resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Optimize delivery models (onshore/offshore/hybrid) for scalability and cost-effectiveness.

  • Preferred technical and professional experience
  • IBM certifications in relevant technologies.
  • Experience working in a global delivery model
  • Exposure to automation, application modernization of legacy IBM applications.
