About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a smart and proactive Automation Engineer who has hands-on experience in process automation and scripting. You’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on improving operational efficiency by automating repetitive and manual tasks across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows using tools like Python, Selenium, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with different teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Test and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document processes, updates, and technical details clearly.
• Monitor running automations and perform timely fixes when needed.
• Provide support for ongoing automation initiatives and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 6 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in automation (internship experience counts).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
• Experience in web automation using Selenium or similar tools.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with APIs and data scraping.
• Understanding of SQL and basic database operations.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
