About the Role

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation systems that power lead generation and data workflows. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across APIs, automation frameworks, and large datasets to build reliable solutions that drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to streamline lead generation and data extraction.
• Build integrations with platforms such as Apollo.io, Crunchbase, and LinkedIn to fetch and organize leads data.
• Develop scalable scraping and data-pipeline solutions capable of handling large datasets in near real time.
• Ensure automation systems are robust, reliable, and scalable to support growth from hundreds to thousands of users.
• Collaborate with growth and product teams to optimize pipelines for actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging tools, APIs, and best practices in automation and data engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in web automation, APIs, and data scraping.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js (or similar scripting languages).
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
• Knowledge of APIs for lead-gen platforms (Apollo, Crunchbase, LinkedIn) is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of scalable, real-time automation systems.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions.
