Job Description:

Hexa Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Automation Systems, PLC & HMI Programming, and a good understanding of Electrical Wiring and Basic Electronics.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement PLC & HMI programs for automation systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain automation and electrical control systems.
Work on machine automation, sensors, actuators, and control panels.
Perform electrical wiring, panel testing, and commissioning as per design.
Modify and optimize existing programs to improve performance and efficiency.
Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams for project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety and electrical standards during installation and testing.
Prepare documentation related to automation systems, such as wiring diagrams, logic flow, and maintenance reports.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in PLC & HMI Programming (Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, sensors, relays, drives (VFDs), and control systems.
Good understanding of basic electrical and electronics principles.
Ability to read and understand electrical and control circuit diagrams.
Experience in machinery or manufacturing industry preferred.
Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Mechatronics Engineering.
