We are seeking an on-site MIS Executive (MIS Analyst) to join Neuraleap Technologies Group’s India operations. This role owns timely, accurate management information, reporting automation and ad-hoc analysis to drive operational efficiency and measurable business outcomes. Role & Responsibilities Produce and distribute daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and KPI dashboards for operations, finance and leadership; ensure on-time delivery and consistent format. Extract, cleanse and reconcile data from multiple systems (ERP/CRM/SQL databases) to ensure single source of truth for reporting. Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) and Excel-based reporting models to visualise trends and highlight anomalies. Automate repetitive reporting processes using VBA, PowerQuery or scripts to reduce manual effort and error-prone steps. Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and perform root-cause analyses to support performance improvements and stakeholder queries. Document reporting workflows, data definitions and SLA processes; maintain data quality checks and escalation paths. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in MIS, reporting or business analytics in an enterprise environment. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, complex formulas, PowerQuery) and strong SQL query ability. Practical experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau and translating KPIs into visual insights. Experience automating reports using VBA, PowerQuery or basic scripting (Python/ETL tools). Strong attention to detail, data reconciliation experience and ability to maintain documentation/SOPs. Good communicator; able to partner with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders clearly. Preferred Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (Tally, SAP, Zoho,Freshdesk or similar) and knowledge of finance/operations metrics. Experience in reporting governance, SLA-driven reporting delivery and process improvement initiatives.
