Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging Infrared Thermography Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for Mechanical/Electrical systems across multiple projects. Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to resolve clashes and ensure coordinated design models. Develop, review, and manage detailed Revit models for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection (Mechanical) and electrical/power, lighting, ELV, etc. (Electrical). Conduct and participate in coordination meetings and walkthroughs with internal teams and clients. Perform clash detection using Navisworks and generate clash reports. Ensure all models adhere to project BIM standards, company protocols, and client requirements. Support documentation, extraction of BOQs, and shop drawings from BIM models. Provide technical guidance to junior modelers and engineers. Track model progress, update logs, and ensure timely deliverables. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in large-scale MEP projects. Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, BIM 360. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, international codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, etc.). Hands-on experience with clash detection, model coordination, and project documentation. Excellent communication and client coordination skills. Ability to work independently and lead coordination meetings.

Position: Electrical BIM Modeler Company: BIMQP Location: Jaipur Experience: 1-5 years Availability: Immediate joiners preferred Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and related BIM tools. Collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical designs into multidisciplinary models. Prepare and update layout drawings, schematics, and electrical detailing based on project requirements. Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts using clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks). Ensure all models comply with project standards, client specifications, and BIM execution plans. Support the BIM team in model audits, quality checks, and documentation workflows. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. 15 years of experience as an Electrical BIM Modeler, preferably in the building services domain. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Understanding of electrical systems in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. JOB REQUISITES Role Summary: 3D Modeling: Create and update electrical BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage. Experience in Producing Single Line Diagram, Schematics, terminations and electrical layouts, Distribution panel layout, Electrical Schematics, Clash Detection: Identify and resolve design clashes across MEP systems. MEP Coordination: Collaborate with the team to integrate and align systems; report progress to BIM Lead/Coordinator. Quantity Take-Offs: Generate accurate quantities for cost estimation. Responsibilities: To contribute for Electrical CAD project deliverables for Infrastructure projects as per WSP CAD standards. Responsible for BIM tasks as directed by the BIM lead and Engineers. Coordination Meetings: Participate in discussions to resolve design issues and maintain model consistency. Standards Compliance: Follow and help develop BIM protocols and documentation. Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications: Should have 8-14 years’ experience. Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks. Strong knowledge of MEP coordination and BIM workflows. Problem-solving and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills.
