1. Develop, manage, and update Revit MEP models for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems in coordination with architectural and structural models.
2. Create detailed 3D models, plans, sections, and schedules to support design documentation.
3. Maintain accurate model geometry and metadata, ensuring compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
4. Generate clash detection reports using tools such as Navisworks or BIM 360 Coordinate and assist in resolving design conflicts.
5. Prepare and organise construction documentation sets in accordance with company and client standards.
1. Stay up to date with industry trends, BIM technology developments, and Autodesk updates relevant to MEP systems.
2. Contribute to the development of BIM templates, standards, and libraries for internal use.
1. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP preferred), including family creation, parameter management, and systems modelling.
2. Working knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD MEP.
3. Familiarity with MEP design principles (HVAC zoning, electrical load distribution, plumbing routing, etc.).
4. Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and basic understanding of Clash Detection / Coordination workflows.
