Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar. A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence.
Role & responsibilities Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and technical reports. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Stay updated with the latest developments in civil engineering technologies and best practices.
