Job Description: Draftsman (Fresher to 1 Year Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Draftsman with fresher to 1 year of professional

experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in preparing accurate technical drawings and

plans, supporting architects, engineers, and senior designers in executing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D drawings using AutoCAD or related drafting software.

- Assist in creating detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and proper dimensioning in all drawings.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to incorporate feedback.

- Maintain and update drawing records and project documentation.

- Support site team with drawings and revisions when required.

- Perform basic quantity take-offs and material estimates when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma / ITI in Drafting, Architecture, Civil, or related field.

- Fresher to 1 year of experience as a Draftsman in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and MS Office.

- Good understanding of technical standards and construction practices.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
