Following up and monitoring the preparation / approval of service requisitions and contracts including cost estimation and list of approved Contractors. C. Participating in service / projects contracts pre-tender meetings and bids evaluation. Assisting in preparation of contracts packages. D. Compiling information and forwarding draft contract specifications, terms, and scope of work for service / projects contracts to Commercial Department for further processing to facilitate approvals / award of the same. E. Verifying and editing contracts documentation ensuring that the Company tendering procedures are met. Coordinating incorporation of comments from various departments / agencies to finalize the contracts documents. F. Coordinating between Contractors, Purchasing & Contracts Divisions in Commercial Department, and refineries regarding the monitoring and execution of contracts. Preparing adjustment order documents for approval. G. Reviewing and assisting in preparation of monthly contracts status report. H. Maintaining the project contract files and Contractor performance records. I. Reviewing and processing of Bids evaluation cum Award Recommendation including obtaining technical / commercial clarification from bidders through Commercial Department. J. Reviewing and processing of Contractors' claims, Change Orders and Variation Orders. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: A. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering OR equivalent B. Total 8 years’ experience as Contract Engineer mainly for maintenance & service Contracts. Out of which 05 years should be in Oil or Petrochem industries. C. Good knowledge of English language. D. Have experience in EXCEL, Words and other related computer applications. E. Job Title: Physical Design Engineer (Netlist-to-GDS) Responsibilities: Take full ownership of Netlist-to-GDSII physical design implementation for advanced process nodes (12nm / 6nm / 4nm and below). Work as block owner for blocks with 2–3 million instances, handling Synthesis, APR (Auto Place & Route), and Signoff. Act as block coordinator for 5–10+ blocks, identifying critical issues and providing solutions to block owners. Perform full-chip responsibilities for large hierarchical designs (20+ million instances with 500+ macros), including floor planning, partitioning, and full-chip tape out. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Proven tape-out experience in physical design. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Netlist-to-GDS flow using industry-standard tools (Synopsys ICC2, Cadence Innovus, or equivalent).
