Coordinating incorporation of comments from various departments / agencies to finalize the contracts documents. F. Coordinating between Contractors, Purchasing & Contracts Divisions in Commercial Department, and refineries regarding the monitoring and execution of contracts. Preparing adjustment order documents for approval. G. Reviewing and assisting in preparation of monthly contracts status report. H. Maintaining the project contract files and Contractor performance records. I. Reviewing and processing of Bids evaluation cum Award Recommendation including obtaining technical / commercial clarification from bidders through Commercial Department. J. Reviewing and processing of Contractors' claims, Change Orders and Variation Orders. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: A. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering OR equivalent B. Total 8 years’ experience as Contract Engineer mainly for maintenance & service Contracts. Out of which 05 years should be in Oil or Petrochem industries. C. Good knowledge of English language. D. Have experience in EXCEL, Words and other related computer applications. E.
