Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced CAD Architect / Landscape CAD Architect to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting the design process and developing detailed BIM models for a variety of prestigious projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the US, including residential, luxury resorts, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise technical drawings and blueprints based on project requirements.
• Revise and update drawings as needed to reflect design changes.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to support project objectives.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing files.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD software is required.

• Knowledge of

  Revit

  is a strong advantage.
• Solid technical drawing and drafting skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Prior experience in architecture or construction is an asset.
