Company Description We are an Architecture + Build firm based in Delhi, delivering integrated design and construction solutions across a range of project scales and typologies. Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site AutoCAD Drafter to join our team in Delhi, India. The role involves preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and architectural plans in accordance with project specifications. The candidate will also be responsible for developing 3D visualizations, coordinating closely with architects and engineers, reviewing drawings for technical feasibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and revising designs in response to project updates. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience Proficiency in AutoCAD Working knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and regulations Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field Compensation & Growth Stipend/compensation of ₹10,000 per month, with scope for review based on performance and tenure.
