· Develop and manage detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD software.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design specifications are met.
· Review and modify existing designs to improve functionality and efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design work.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project timelines and deliverables.
· Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
· Provide training and support to junior designers and team members on AutoCAD best practices.
· Maintain organized documentation of design changes and project updates.
· Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp).
· Strong understanding of design principles, construction methods, and materials.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience in project management and leadership roles.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
Familiarity with building codes and regulation
