Job Description: SAP FICO – Consultant Experience: 4 to 5 yrs. Location: Gurgaon – Sector 59 Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 4+ Years (SAP ECC– FICO Module) Industry: Real Estate Qualification: B.Com + MBA CTC : 5L to 7L P/A Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) in accordance with industry best practices and business requirements specific to real estate operations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into SAP functional designs and technical specifications. Perform system configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP FICO enhancements, including integrations with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Provide expert guidance on SAP FICO capabilities and functionality, including financial reporting, cost controlling, asset management, and lease accounting. Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to SAP FICO modules. Lead and participate in SAP FICO system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Conduct regular audits of SAP FICO processes and configurations to maintain data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT and finance teams on data migration activities and ensure successful integration with existing systems. Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices related to SAP FICO and real estate management. Requirements: . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance B. Com or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, specifically with ECC 6.0 EHP 7. Proven expertise in configuring and implementing SAP FICO modules, ideally within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate financial processes, including lease accounting, property management, and project accounting. Experience with SAP ECC6 EHP7 Finance (preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization. SAP certification in FICO module is a plus.
