About the Role

AutoCAD Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  technical support

  to customers using our CAD software via phone, email, chat, and remote assistance.
• Assist clients with

  installation, activation, licensing, and upgrade

  of CAD software.
• Troubleshoot

  software errors, compatibility issues, and performance problems

  .
• Guide customers on

  AutoCAD design best practices

  , commands, and workflows to improve their productivity.
• Conduct

  online or onsite training sessions

  for customers as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer queries, issues, and resolutions in the support system.
• Escalate complex issues to the development/engineering team when necessary.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to share customer feedback for product improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in

  Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or related field

  .

• Proficiency in AutoCAD

  (2D & 3D design).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with other CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.) is an added advantage.
