Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafting Executive to join our design and project execution team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, updating, and managing all technical drawings related to multiple project sites. This role requires close coordination with technicians, interior design teams, and management to ensure that all design-related documents are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project objectives.

The candidate must be capable of conducting site visits, understanding real-time changes, and reflecting them appropriately in the project drawings. A strong eye for detail, proactive communication, and a thorough understanding of architectural/interior layouts are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate and comprehensive technical drawings and layouts for all ongoing and upcoming sites.

- Conduct site visits to gather accurate measurements, observe design implementation, and understand on-ground challenges.

- Update and revise existing drawings based on inputs from the Managing Director and interior design team.

- Provide clarifications and technical support to site technicians regarding drawings and layout-related queries.

- Maintain and manage a centralized repository of all drawings for current and completed projects.

- Ensure the availability and correctness of all required drawings at respective sites at all stages of the project lifecycle.

- Take responsibility for creating new drawings and design documentation as per project needs and directives from senior management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or a related field.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar drafting software.

- Basic understanding of interior design layouts, MEP services, AV/lighting systems (preferred).

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex technical information.

- Effective communication and coordination skills to interact with site teams and project managers.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain accurate records under tight deadlines.
