Job Description

A 3-wheeler driver's job involves safely operating the vehicle for passenger or goods transport, requiring route planning, timely pickups/drop-offs, vehicle maintenance checks, securing cargo, and excellent customer interaction, all while strictly following traffic laws and completing necessary delivery paperwork. Key duties include pre/post-trip inspections, managing fuel, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring vehicle cleanliness, with a focus on efficiency and safety in local/regional areas. Core Responsibilities: Driving & Navigation: Safely drive the 3-wheeler, plan efficient routes using maps/GPS, and adhere to all traffic rules and schedules. Cargo/Passenger Handling: Securely load/unload goods or ensure passenger comfort and safety; handle packages carefully to prevent damage. Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks (fuel, oil, brakes), report issues, and keep the vehicle clean and presentable. Paperwork & Reporting: Complete delivery logs, expense reports, and any required documentation accurately. Customer/Dispatcher Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients, dispatchers, and warehouse staff.
