Auditor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor to review and analyze our salon’s financial records, operational procedures, and compliance with internal controls. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and salon industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of salon branches to check financial accuracy and operational compliance
• Verify billing records, staff attendance reports, stock usage, and cash handling
• Review GST, TDS, and other tax compliance reports
• Identify discrepancies or risks in expenses, supplier payments, or payroll
• Monitor inventory control and wastage reports across all branches
• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and government regulations
• Assist management in improving systems and controls
• Work closely with the accountant, admin, and operations team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of auditing or finance experience (preferably in retail/salon/hospitality industry)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and audit processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to travel to salon branches for physical audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
