Auditor - Gold Loan

Role & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Gold Appraisal, Execute the Gold Valuation, auditing standards, principles, and techniques to determine the karat of gold ornaments by checking hallmarks, observing colour variations, and performing multiple tests to confirm purity levels.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of gold assets, including Gold Purity Audit, Stock Audit, and Process Audit, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies. The Gold Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits, documenting observations, and implementing corrective measures to maintain compliance and uphold the company's reputation for reliability and trustworthiness
• Apply various testing methods, including weight and density tests, sound tests, magnifying glass examinations, flexibility tests, smell tests, color tests, and rubbing and stone tests using acid, to accurately evaluate gold purity.
• Verifying and analyzing the movement of Gold Packets, Gold Packet transfers, Sealing of packets and maintenance of Registers.
• Maintain expertise, knowledge of company policies, testing equipment, gold purity charts, hallmark guides, industry standards, and knowledge of chemicals necessary for effective gold auditing. Compile detailed audit reports, encompassing Gold Purity Reports, Vault Room Safety Reports, CCTV Monitoring Reports, Cash Balance Reports, and Stock Reports, reflecting accurate findings and observations.
• Utilize the system to document audit observations and link them to specific loan numbers, ensuring visibility across the organization and prompt resolution of irregularities. Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to senior management
• Knowledge of checking gold manually & handling Gold Loan business. Responsible for counting & handling cash related transactions.
• Collaborate with other audit team members and departments to ensure effective risk management and compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
