Audit Trainee

Job Title: Inventory Audit Executive

Location: Multiple Lakmé outlets (Travel required – expenses not reimbursed)

Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory audits at Lakmé outlets independently or with a partner.
• Perform scanning and verification of products against system records.
• Check for stock discrepancies, cash balances, and manual bill/record entries.
• Maintain proper documentation of findings and prepare audit reports in Excel.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes during audits.
• Coordinate with outlet managers and staff while conducting audits.
• Report discrepancies and provide suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data entry, and reporting).
• Willingness to travel daily to different outlets at own expense.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
• Prior audit/inventory/retail experience is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).

Additional Information:

• All audit guidelines, instructions, and checklists will be provided.
• Candidate must be comfortable with field work and self-managed travel.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹800.00 per day
