Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Audit Semi Senior / Audit Senior – GRC to join our Vadodara office. This role involves conducting audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, assessing risk management frameworks, and implementing governance structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct audits to evaluate regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Assess risk management processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic advice on governance, risk, and compliance.
• Supervise, review, and manage audit engagements and team performance.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Work on-site at client locations as required.

Preferred Candidate

• CA / CIA/ MBA / CMA with at least one year of post-qualification experience.
• Inter CA with at least two years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience

• Preferably experienced in GRC, Internal Audit, or Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power point
