Key

1.

• Act as the primary advisor for key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term relationship management.
• Provide strategic financial consulting, including tax planning, audit compliance, and business advisory.
• Resolve complex client queries related to accounting, GST, income tax, and corporate laws.

2.

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of CAs, articled trainees, semi qualified and junior accountants.
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and skill development programs.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliverables (financial statements, tax filings, consulting) with a focus on quality control.

3.

• Stay updated on

  GST,

  Income

  Tax, Companies Act, RBI/FEMA regulations, and accounting

  standards.

• Review and finalize various reports, tax returns, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle tax assessments, litigation matters, and regulatory representations before authorities.

4.

• Design

  and

  implement

  standardized

  processes

  to improve workflow efficiency across accounting, auditing, and compliance functions.
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and introduce automation tools (AI Tools) to enhance productivity.
• Develop and enforce best practices for documentation, internal controls, and risk management.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

  with

  3+ years of post-qualification experience or Semi Qualified with 5-7 Yrs of experience

  environment.

• Strong expertise in

  accounting,

  taxation

  (direct

  corporate

  laws.

• Proven

  experience

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
