As an Audit Lead at our leading business consulting firm specializing in finance, management, and company formation with a focus on financial operations in India and the GCC, your role will be crucial in overseeing audit assignments, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with relevant auditing standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage audit teams through the planning, execution, and completion of audits. - Review audit workpapers and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to auditing standards. - Develop and implement efficient audit strategies and methodologies. - Identify financial risks, assess their impact, and recommend improvements. - Communicate audit findings and provide clients with practical, actionable recommendations. - Coordinate with auditors, offering guidance and support where necessary. - Mentor junior staff, helping them develop their auditing skills and career. - Stay up-to-date with changes in auditing standards, accounting regulations, and industry trends. - Work closely with other teams to support the firm's goals and objectives. **Qualifications & Experience:** - Pursuing CA-Inter with 3 years of Articleship experience. - ACCA qualification specializing in Auditing. - MCom/MBA with a minimum of 2 years of auditing experience. In this role, you will need to have a strong ability to prepare and analyze financial reports such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, trial balances, and reconciliations. Additionally, in-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards is essential. Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Peachtree, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel is required. Familiarity with Draft Works accounting software is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with strong leadership abilities and excellent team management skills. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are also crucial. A high level of attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism is expected. This is a full-time, permanent position with on-site work location. The job type includes benefits such as health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts.
